PROPOSED BILL by Transportation
Driver Licenses; Revising requirements relating to exemptions from licensure requirements for residents of foreign countries; deleting a requirement that such persons hold an International Driving Permit to be exempt, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law and shall apply retroactively to January 1, 2013
