Nursing Home Litigation Reform; Specifies conditions under which nursing home resident has cause of action against licensee or management company; requires evidence of basis for punitive damages; requires trial judge to conduct an evidentiary hearing before claimant can assert claim for punitive damages; permits licensee or management company to be held liable for punitive damages; provides criteria for awarding of punitive damages in case of vicarious liability of certain entities.
