Administering County and Municipal Delinquency Programs and Facilities; Deleting language that required the Department of Juvenile Justice to charge, and the county or municipal government to pay, a monitoring fee to cover a portion of the direct operating costs of the juvenile detention facility; establishing criteria to demonstrate that the county or municipality is in compliance with standards for operating juvenile delinquency programs and detention facilities; deleting a provision providing that a sheriff who complies with the subsection is not subject to any additional training, procedures, or inspections, etc.
