GENERAL BILL by Gibson
Genetic Information for Insurance Purposes; Prohibiting insurers authorized to transact insurance in this state from cancelling, limiting, denying coverage, or establishing differentials in premium rates, based on genetic information under certain circumstances; prohibiting insurers from requiring or soliciting genetic information or taking other specified actions with respect to genetic information for insurance purposes, etc.
