GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Commerce and Tourism ; Detert

Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; Removing the requirement that an applicant for private investigative, private security, and repossession services provide a written statement by a fingerprint technician or licensed physician under certain conditions; requiring a health studio to maintain a bond in favor of the department, rather than the state; prohibiting a telephone solicitor or a person from initiating an outbound telephone call to a consumer, a donor, or a potential donor under certain circumstances; prohibiting a commercial telephone seller or salesperson from accepting a novelty payment, etc. APPROPRIATION: $35,745

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2014
