Condominiums; Provides requirements for assessments against bulk owner; provides that rejection of plan results in failure of termination of condominium; provides requirements for unit owners facing optional termination who do not want to relinquish their property; defines "fair market value"; authorizes bulk owner or successor developer to vote to terminate condominium under certain conditions.
