Rec./Participants in Treatment-Based Drug Court Programs; Provides exemption from public records requirements for information relating to screenings for participation in treatment-based drug court program, substance abuse screenings, behavioral health evaluations, & subsequent treatment status reports regarding participant or person considered for participation in treatment-based drug court program; provides for disclosure of certain records; provides for retroactive applicability of exemption; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.
