Property Insurance; Establishes aggregate limit on insurer retention levels; revises coverage levels available under reimbursement contracts; revises schedule & circumstances under which SBA is required to publish certain statements & notices relating to Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; revises requirements for reimbursement contracts; requires SBA to obtain line of credit to reimburse insurers; deletes requirement that formula for determining premiums to be paid to fund include cash build-up factor; requires formula to be peer reviewed; deletes provisions relating to temporary emergency options for additional coverage; deletes provision prohibiting insurer from recouping reinsurance costs.
