Law Enforcement Officers and Correctional Officers; Provides exclusive procedures for investigating law enforcement officers & correctional officers for internal & external complaints; provides requirements for investigators; provides that officer under investigation must be informed of specific nature of investigation; prohibits certain practices during an investigation; requires copy of any recording of interrogation session be made available to interrogated officer's representative or legal counsel; revises applicability; authorizes officer's representative or legal counsel to address findings in report before imposing disciplinary action; revises applicability of procedures relating to failure to comply with certain requirements; requires investigation of officer to cease under certain conditions; authorizes an officer to seek injunctive relief.
