Family Law; Designates provisions as "Collaborative Law Act"; specifies when collaborative process commences; provides that tribunal may not order party to participate in collaborative law process over party's objection; provides conditions under which collaborative law process is concluded; provides for confidentiality of communications made during collaborative law process; provides exceptions; provides that certain provisions of act are contingent upon approval & publication of court rules governing specified subjects.
