Medical Practice; Exempting certain physicians prescribing controlled substances for the treatment of pain associated with sickle cell disease from the standards of practice for prescribing controlled substances; removing the cap on the number of physician assistants a physician may supervise; specifying the drugs to be included on the formulary a physician assistant may not prescribe, etc.
