Persons with Disabilities; Requiring law enforcement agencies to report certain criminal activity and enforcement of certain laws to the Department of Law Enforcement and the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; requiring the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to consider course content relating to traffic laws to assist legally blind and mobility-impaired persons; requiring driver education programs to include study of traffic laws to assist legally blind and mobility-impaired persons, etc.
