Drivers Leaving the Scene of a Crash; Designates act as "Aaron Cohen Life Protection Act"; requires driver of vehicle involved in crash that results in serious bodily injury to person to immediately stop vehicle & remain at scene of crash; provides that person commits felony of second degree if he or she fails to stop vehicle & remain at scene of crash until specified requirements are fulfilled; requires court to revoke for at least 3 years driver license of person convicted of leaving scene of crash involving injury, serious bodily injury, or death.
