State Poet Laureate; Creating the honorary position of State Poet Laureate within the Department of State; establishing procedures for the acceptance of nominations, the qualifications and recommendation of nominees, and the appointment of the State Poet Laureate; specifying that a former poet laureate becomes a State Poet Laureate Emeritus or Emerita; providing that the State Poet Laureate, the State Poet Laureate Emeritus, and the State Poet Laureate Emerita serve without compensation, etc.
