Websites Containing Information Concerning Persons Charged with Crimes; Provides that publication of specified photographs of subject individuals made in this state on website for purposes of commerce is deemed to be transaction of business in this state; requires removal of photograph from website without fee or compensation upon request by subject individual; provides requirements for request; provides that violations are subject to remedies under Florida Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA); provides exemptions from FDUTPA for certain actions taken without actual knowledge of violation.
