Sex Offenses; Provides additional requirements for name change proceedings; provides that voluntary disclosure of specified information waives disclosure exemption for such information; adds additional offenses to list of sexual predator & sexual offender qualifying offenses; requires disclosure of additional information during sexual predator & offender registration; requires that sexual predator or offender who is unable to secure or update driver license or identification card within specified period must report specified information to local sheriff's office within specified period after such change with confirmation that he or she also reported such information to DHSMV; revises reporting requirements if sexual predator or offender plans to leave U.S. for more than specified period; conforms provisions.
