Health Care; Revises Florida Healthy Kids Corporation Act to include Healthy Florida program; prohibits cause of action from arising against Florida Healthy Kids Corporation for failure to make health services available; revises eligibility of Medikids program component; revises certain minimum health benefits coverage under Florida Kidcare; revises duties of DCF & AHCA with regard to Kidcare program; creates Healthy Florida program.
