Dual Enrollment; Authorizes Florida College System institution board of trustees & president to establish dual enrollment articulation agreement with any district school superintendent; authorizes Florida College System institution to serve secondary dual enrollment students who reside outside institution's service area & state universities to serve students who reside anywhere in state; revises provisions relating to FTE student membership value for dual enrollment students & provisions delineating costs incurred in providing dual enrollment.
