Infectious Disease Control; Requiring the Department of Health to convene a task force to evaluate activities related to antibiotic-resistant bacteria; specifying appointments; providing duties and responsibilities of the task force; requiring the task force to submit a report, an action plan, and recommendations to the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives; revising the type of pneumococcal vaccine given to nursing home residents, etc.
