Hepatitis C Testing; Providing definitions; requiring specified persons to be offered hepatitis C testing; requiring the forwarding of positive test results; requiring the Department of Health to adopt rules and make standard hepatitis C information sheets available to health care practitioners; providing applicability with respect to hepatitis C testing by health care practitioners; requiring the State Surgeon General to submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature, etc.
