Intrastate Crowdfunding; Exempts certain issuers & intermediaries from registration requirements relating to offer or sale of certain securities; provides requirements for such issuers & intermediaries; provides limitations on offers or sales of such securities; prohibits use of specified exemptions from registration requirements in conjunction with another exemption from registration requirements; provides appropriation. APPROPRIATION: $120,000
