GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Simpson

Regional Planning Councils; Removing the requirement that regional planning councils provide assistance in developing a plan for a rural land stewardship area; removing the power of regional planning councils to establish and conduct cross-acceptance negotiation processes; removing the Governor’s authority to revise regional planning council district boundaries; subdividing the state into specified geographic regions for the purpose of regional comprehensive planning, etc. APPROPRIATION: $2,500,000
