GENERAL BILL by Grimsley

Secondary Metals Recyclers; Transferring administration of part II of chapter 538, F.S., relating to secondary metals recyclers, from the Department of Revenue to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; authorizing specified persons to inspect regulated metals property and records; prohibiting secondary metals recyclers from purchasing regulated metals property, restricted regulated metals property, or ferrous metals between certain hours or on Sundays; prohibiting the purchase of specified restricted regulated metals property without obtaining certain proof of the seller’s ownership of, or authority to sell, the regulated metals property, etc.
