CS/CS/SB 7066: Low-THC Cannabis

GENERAL BILL by Rules ; Health Policy ; Regulated Industries

Low-THC Cannabis; Revising the illnesses and symptoms for which a physician may order a patient the medical use of low-THC cannabis in certain circumstances; providing that a physician who improperly orders low-THC cannabis is subject to specified disciplinary action; revising the duties of the Department of Health; requiring the department to allow specified persons engaged in research to access the compassionate use registry, etc.
