Code Enforcement Officers; Revising the definition of the term “code enforcement officer”; providing educational requirements for code enforcement officers; providing for certification upon successful passage of minimum standards training course and examination; requiring certain currently employed officers to pass a basic skills examination within a specified period, etc.
