Quality Health Care Services; Specifying that a direct primary care agreement does not constitute insurance and is not subject to the Florida Insurance Code; requiring an analysis of medical tourism for quality health care services in the Economic Development Programs Evaluation; requiring Enterprise Florida, Inc., to collaborate with the Department of Economic Opportunity to market this state as a health care destination, etc.
