GENERAL BILL by Gonzalez

Mobile Home Park Tenancies; Defines "prospectus"; requires Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, & Mobile Homes to provide notice to homeowners' association of proposed amendment to prospectus before authorizing such amendment; removes uses of offering circular; requires that additional information be provided in prospectus which advises mobile home owner of consequences if land use is changed; requires division to enforce certain rental agreement provisions; requires park owner to provide certain information to residents who are displaced as result of mandatory eviction due to change in use of land; provides that approval of change in use of land is not dependent on park owner providing certain information to residents who are displaced as result of mandatory eviction due to such change in use.
