Mandatory Minimum Sentences; Removes aggravated assault from lists of convictions that carry minimum term of imprisonment in certain circumstances; removes provision prohibiting court from imposing mandatory minimum sentence for conviction for aggravated assault if court makes specified written findings; reenacts provisions.
