Transportation; Establishing the Seaport Security Advisory Committee under the direction of the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Council; expanding the authority of a chartered municipal parking enforcement specialist to enforce state, county, and municipal parking laws and ordinances within the boundaries of certain counties pursuant to a memorandum of understanding; creating "Chloe's Law", etc.
