Florida Mission Readiness Commission; Creates Florida Mission Readiness Commission to assess readiness of infants, children, teens, & young adults to grow up to meet challenges of adulthood; requires commission to recommend public policy initiatives that increase preparedness of state's youth to enable them to fulfill their highest potential; assigns commission to DOH for administrative purposes.
