Volunteer Rural Firefighting; Authorizes Division of State Fire Marshal to award Volunteer Rural Firefighter Certificate of Completion; authorizes division to establish courses & course examinations for certificate; provides requirements for issuance & retention of certificate; specifies circumstances under which fire service provider may retain services of volunteer firefighter; requires fire service provider to notify division regarding decision to retain or not retain volunteer rural firefighter.
