Tax on Communications Services; Reducing the tax rates applied to the sales of communications services and retail sales of direct-to-home satellite services; revising the allocation of revenue received from the tax on retail sales of direct-to-home satellite services, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2016
