Farm Vehicles; Provides exemptions for covered farm vehicles & operators of such vehicles from specified federal regulations relating to controlled substances & alcohol use & testing, commercial driver licenses, physical qualifications & examinations, hours of service of drivers, & inspection, repair, & maintenance when operating under certain conditions.
