Search Warrants; Specifies that search warrant may be issued by judge with territorial jurisdiction where thing to be searched may be; provides for issuance of search warrants for person's DNA or DNA samples by certain judges; authorizes issuance of search warrants for DNA collection & analysis & for blood analysis in connection with investigation or prosecution of specified offenses; provides exemption from time limits for execution & return of search warrants for warrants authorizing collection & analysis of DNA or DNA samples.
