Disclosure of Call Location Information; Defines "covered service"; requires provider of covered service to furnish user's call location information to law enforcement agency or to public safety answering point on behalf of law enforcement agency; requires request for call location information to be accompanied by supporting sworn written statement; prohibits governmental entity from action against provider or carrier that acts in good faith; requires law enforcement agency to request court order within certain timeframe; requires FDLE to obtain & distribute specified information to law enforcement agencies & public safety answering points.
