Provision of Pharmaceutical Services; Provides requirements for health insurers & HMOs with respect to insureds or subscribers with HIV; requires that insureds or subscribers with HIV be allowed to access pharmaceutical services at network retail pharmacy or out-of-network retail pharmacy credentialed by insurer; provides for credentialing application fee; provides for cost sharing by insured or subscriber; provides for reimbursement to health insurer or HMO.
