GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Accountability

Retirement Benefits for Certain Judges; Authorizing certain retired members of the Florida Retirement System subsequently serving in a specified judicial office covered by the Elected Officers’ Class to transfer all or a portion of benefits and interest accrued during participation in the Deferred Retirement Option Program to the investment plan; requiring the State Board of Administration and the Department of Management Services to request a private letter ruling from the United States Internal Revenue Service, etc.
