Covenants and Restrictions; Deleting provisions specifying that a county or municipality is not prohibited from providing information to an applicant regarding other state or federal permits that may apply under certain circumstances; providing that a marketable title is free and clear of all covenants or restrictions, the existence of which depends upon any act, title transaction, event, zoning requirement, building or development permit, or omission that occurred before the effective date of the root of title, etc.
