Homestead Property Tax Exemptions; Entitles parent or parents of an unmarried veteran who died from combat-related causes while on active duty as member of U.S. Armed Forces to receive ad valorem tax relief on homestead property.

Effective Date: this act shall take effect on the same date that HJR 1263, or a similar joint resolution having substantially the same specific intent and purpose
