Public Records/Proprietary Confidential Business Information; Providing that proprietary confidential business information held by an agency is confidential and exempt from public records requirements; authorizing any person to petition a court for the public release of those portions of a record made confidential and exempt by the act; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption under the Open Government Sunset Review Act; providing a finding of public necessity, etc.
