GENERAL BILL by Perry
Charitable Gaming; Authorizing Type C amusement games or machines to be operated at the premises of a veterans’ service organization under certain conditions; authorizing certain organizations to conduct poker tournaments under certain circumstances; prohibiting persons under 18 years of age from participating or being involved in such tournaments; requiring specified information to be posted at the premises at which such tournament is conducted, etc.
