Uniform Voidable Transactions Act; Citing this act as the “Uniform Voidable Transactions Act"; removing conditions under which a partnership is insolvent; providing conditions under which attachments or other provisional remedies are available to creditors; revising conditions under which a transfer is not voidable, etc.
