Direct Primary Care; Requiring plans operating in the managed medical assistance program to provide enrollees an opportunity to enter into a direct primary care agreement with identified network primary care providers; authorizing primary care providers or their agents to enter into direct primary care agreements for providing primary care services; providing construction and applicability of the Florida Insurance Code as to direct primary care agreements, etc.
