Law Enforcement Certification; Requires law enforcement & correctional officers to pass job-related psychological evaluation performed by mental health professional before initial employment or appointment & every 4 years as condition of continued employment or appointment; requires all criminal justice training schools to receive specified national accreditation by certain date.
