GENERAL BILL by Passidomo

Highway Safety; Deleting the definition of the term “vulnerable road user”; revising provisions relating to the overtaking and passing of a vehicle; exempting bicycles from provisions for passing a vehicle on the right at the bicycle rider’s own risk with no liability to other motor vehicle drivers under certain circumstances; specifying that a bicycle is a vehicle under Florida law and shall be operated in the same manner as any other vehicle, etc.
