Controlled Substances; Scheduling Mitragynine and 7-Hydroxymitragynine, constituents of Kratom, in a schedule of controlled substances; providing an exception from scheduling for any drug product approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration which contains Mitragynine or 7-Hydroxymitragynine, etc.
