Public Records/Murder Witness; Providing that the personal identifying information of a witness to a murder remains confidential and exempt for a specified period; providing an exemption from public records requirements for criminal intelligence or criminal investigative information that reveals the personal identifying information of a witness to a murder for a specified period; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
