GENERAL BILL by Rouson

Property Insurance; Revising limitations on the aggregate amount of certain emergency assessments levied by the board of governors of the Citizens Property Insurance Corporation; prohibiting the corporation from pledging more than a specified percent of its commercial lines account emergency assessment authority to secure the issuance of bonds or any other security; revising a limitation on a certain obligation of the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association for policies covering condominium associations or homeowners’ associations; requiring the Office of Insurance Regulation to levy specified additional emergency assessments against certain insurers for specified purposes, etc.
