Judicial Nominating Commissions; Deleting a provision requiring that commission members who are members of The Florida Bar be engaged in the practice of law; requiring the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives to submit a certain number of nominees to the Governor; specifying the process for submitting nominations for appointees who previously were appointed by the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, etc.
