Military and Veteran Support; Requires DVA to contract with individuals & entities to provide alternative treatment to certain veterans; requires treatment to be provided under direction of licensed individuals; requires reports to DVA; authorizes Supreme Court to admit bar applicant who is spouse of servicemember; requires DOE to expedite application for educator certification submitted by spouse of servicemember; requires SBE to adopt rules for extending validity of temporary certificate of spouse of servicemember; provides legislative findings & intent regarding continuing education for veterans.
